- Bake your plantain chips with spices:

You can season your plantain slices with a combination of spices like salt, garlic and chilli pepper, before placing this in the oven for several minutes to bake.Just so you know, this meal tastes best with groundnuts. You’ll be amazed how tasty it gets.
- Fried plantain chips with guacamole sauce:
Guacamole is a Mexican dip made from avocado. Its history dates back to the 1500s when the Aztec empire created it with the same exact ingredients restaurants use today.
To make guacamole sauce, all you need are ripe avocados, some chopped vegetables and salt. After cutting the avocado in half, scoop out the flesh and mush it up in a bowl with a fork. Next add salt, lime juice and your various chopped vegetables – onions, tomatoes, chiles and cilantro. When you’re done mixing, garnish this with red radishes and serve with your plantain chips.
- Ceviche and Plantain chips:
Ceviche is a seafood dish popular in the coastal regions of Latin America and the Caribbean. It is very spicy and refreshing, and is best paired with some fresh plantain chips. To get started, cut up some shrimps and fish into little pieces and place this in a container.
Next add some chopped ingredients – onions, garlic, cilantro – and season this with pepper and salt. After sealing your container, put your ceviche in a fridge for an hour at least. Once your ceviche is done marinating, combine each dish with avocado and tomatoes and serve with plantain chips.
